On June 7th, one of our comrades accused of bank robbery in Aachen, Germany, was sentenced to 7 ½ years in prison. In order to show solidarity, we dropped a banner from a bridge in Hildesheim leading over the A7 – one of the main motorways in Germany – saying “Rob Banks! Burn Prisons! solidariteit.noblogs.org (A)”.

Urteil im Prozess gegen die angeklagten Anarchisten
Heute, 7. Juni 2017, hat der Richter das Urteil im Prozess gegen unsere
Kameradinnen ausgesprochen, die beschuldigt werden 2014 eine Filiale der
Pax Bank in Aachen überfallen zu haben. Obwohl unser Kamerad
freigesprochen wurde, haben sie unsere Kameradin und Schwester zu
siebeneinhalb Jahren Gefängnis verurteilt. Continue reading
[update] Aachen: 23rd day of court
The session of May 31st began with the request of one of the defense attorneys to extend their plea, handing over the Pandora 1 dossier translated into German.
The prosecutor demanded to reopen the trial saying that it had new evidence. The prosecution claims to have searched the internet, apparently discovering that one of the comrades had been in prison for 15 years, in Portugal. They had already begun the procedure of inquiring with the Portuguese consulate but had not yet received a reply. The prosecutor also presented an article that was found in Indymedia Barcelona
where the comrade talks about his path of struggle during his years in prison.
Although the judge had said that no further evidence would be accepted, he
decided to accept these last elements as the requested by the prosecutor. Continue reading

Am 7. Juni wird das Urteil im Prozess gegen die anarchistischen
Kameraden verkündet werden, die in Aachen (Deutschland) angeklagt
werden.
Am selben Tag wird eine Demonstration in Barcelona (20:00 – Pl. Lesseps,
vor der Bibliothek) in Solidarität mit unseren Kameraden stattfinden.
Kurze Zusammenfassung des 23. Verhandlungstages
Die Sitzung des 31. Mai begann mit dem Antrag von einer der Anwältinnen
der Verteidigung ihr Plädoyer ausweiten zu dürfen, indem sie die
deutsche Übersetzung des Beschlusses zur Archivierung des Falles Pandora
1 einreichte.

The session of May 22nd begun by examining the topic of one of the accused’s journey
using the service Blablacar in France. The French driver wrote a letter to the court
saying that she would not come to testify, but that she recognized the
accused when she was shown a picture.
At this point the judge said that the case would rest, thus no more witnesses or evidence would be accepted. Continue reading

Die Sitzung des 22. Mai begann mit der nochmaligen Behandlung des Themas
der Reise von einer der Angeklagten mit Blablacar durch Frankreich. Die
französische Zeugin hat einen Brief geschrieben, in dem sie mitteilt,
dass sie nicht als Zeugin erscheinen wird, sie jedoch die Angeklagten
auf einem Foto erkennen würde.
An diesem Punkt meinte der Richter, dass er keine weiteren Zeugen oder

[update] short summary of session #21
The prosecution began the court session by exhibiting all the information she considers relevant concerning the travels that one of the accused supposedly has made by BlaBlacar between France and Barcelona. She stated that the LKA contacted BlaBlacar because of some received messages on a confiscated phone, from which travel bookings were made. BlaBlacar gave all the information about this phone number and the supposed bookings.
[update] Short summary of session #20
The session on the 12th May had as its focus the testimony of the biometrical expert who had been called as a witness by the prosecution. Firstly, she stated that the quality of the images (of the security cameras on the ground floor of the bank, where the safe is) was very bad and that they have a very low resolution, which affected the biometrical examination.
