6 juli comrade released!!
On the 15th of July our comrade was released! This, however, does not mean the legal proceedings against her are dropped, but a judge has decided that she can await her extradition court case outside. She has to comply to some conditions, such as surrendering her passport and signing into the police station once a week.
The court case to decide about her extradition will take place on the 1 st of September, 2016, when it will be decided if the Netherlands will comply with handing her over to the german State, where she faces the accusation of bank expropriation.
We feel strengthened and warmed by all the solidarity and support we have received over the past weeks. However, even with this small pause, the need for discussions, struggle and acts continue to be present. Let’s not let repression dictate our needs and desires against this world based on exploitation and authority.
There are still other accused in this case, who face these charges with dignity and strength. Solidarity to all accused in the cases of expropriation in Aachen!
Demonstration 14.7 at Nieuwersluis
Yesterday on the 14 of July we went to the PI Utrecht prison at Nieuwersluis where our friend and comrade is being held, to show some solidarity and to give her some strength on the eve of her hearing. At this hearing it will be decided whether or not she can spend the period before her extradition court case in freedom or not.
There were around 60 people showing their support and anger towards her imprisonment, and more generally against the existance of prison, against the logics of imprisonment, the institutions of justice and the laws and people that uphold them.
There were fireworks, speeches, banners, a soundsystem, noise makers and our voices to try to break for some time the isolation and brutalization that any cage produces in the name of the State and its projects of domination.
Our friend and comrade will never feel alone in this moment of repression, we will continue to make clear that solidarity is stronger than their prisons.
We will update about the outcome of the hearing.
Let the struggle against authority and its institutions continue!
[Portugal] Callout for solidarity with anarchists accused in Aachen bank robbery cases
Solidarity with anarchists arrested during investigation into several bank robberies in Aachen, Germany
Over the past weeks, various persons have been arrested in Spain and the Netherlands under orders of the German criminal police. A person has been extradited to Germany, another is held in the Netherlands. The investigation is related to various bank robberies in 2013 and 2014 in the city of Aachen.
Are they guilty or innocent? In a society that tends more and more to a dictatorship of money and control, we don’t really care to know the verdict of their courts. The State and its judicial system have always proved to be vigorous watchdogs of the dominant ideology, always marginalising, punishing, capturing, torturing and even assassinating those who are consciously opposed to it, or just those who aren’t lucrative for it and are therefore deemed disposable.
Our hearts and thoughts are with anyone who seeks new paths, who chooses not to be a slave of the status quo, and tries to discover the practical possibilities of that choice; with anyone who fights against the different forms of authority, and attacks the structures and institutions that make oppression of the poor and the undesirable increasingly real.
From everywhere, domination sabotages anyone who lives free and self-determinedly. Let’s fight for reconquering our freedom by sabotaging domination.
FREEDOM FOR THE COMPANHEIRAS
FREEDOM FOR ALL
In solidarity, we carry on…

keep strong and keep struggling!
demonstration and noise demo in solidarity with anarchist arrested on the 6 juli
On 7.7 an angry and determined demonstration took place from the center of Amsterdam to the police headquarters where our comrade is being held, since her arrest on 6.7.2016. We stayed in front of the cell blocks for 15-20 minutes, making noise, shouting slogans and throwing heavy fireworks. This is just the beginning, our friend will never feel alone. We therefore call on everyone to express solidarity in every possible way with the imprisoned comrade.
She has already spent 5 months in detention, but was released in January 2016, with charges dropped and no conditions to her release. The very disappointed prosecution (from Aachen DE) made recourse to the higher court, which granted a trial (date not yet set) and a new arrest warrant. In April 2016 a comrade was arrested in Barcelona by order of the same prosecution office, with similar charges: an expropriation which took place in 2014. She has since been extradited to Germany.
We are not interested whether or not the comrade is actually responsible for the bank robberies or not. Expropriation is an ethically correct and politically legitimate means, a method of struggle, which is part of the history of revolutionary movements.
There are no legal parametres or strategic limits for us to base our expression of solidarity towards comrades facing repression. These are not principles that belong to us. Instead we take the path of solidarity, as an integral part of our struggle, which responds to the need of standing beside our friends and affinities when the State has deprived them of their freedom, because we recognize ourselves in their ideas and the way they face repression.
ATM machines demolished in solidarity with comrades accused of expropriation
found on https://www.indymedia.nl/node/34426
Last night we demolished 8 ATM machines in The Hague, the Netherlands in solidarity with the anarchist comrades accused of expropriation in Aachen, Germany.
Last week, on 6 July, a comrade got arrested in Amsterdam and is now in jail awaiting extradition to Germany. The week before a comrade from Spain got already extradited to Germany. We call out to anybody to make action in solidarity with the imprisoned comrades! We are fucking angry!
We are not interested in knowing whether the comrades are actually responsible for the bank robberies or not. Expropriation is an ethically just and politically legitimate practice, a method of struggle that is part of the history of all revolutionary movements.
Indeed, despite the constant attempts by Power to reduce this method to within the scope of a ‘common crime’, motivated by individual greed, the fact is that the expropriation of places of accumulation of capital is a constant in our history: from the anarchist-syndicalist groups in the early twentieth century who robbed banks to support strikes or help the families of imprisoned comrades, to the various autonomous groups of the the 70s and 80s.
Immediate freedom for the comrade! Burn all prisons! Destroy all banks!
anarchist comrade arrested
This morning, 6 July, our anarchist comrade was arrested in Amsterdam by an arrestatieteam.
This is connection to an accusation by the Aachen (DE) prosecution, in regards to a bank robbery in 2013.
The call for solidarity stands. We are fucking angry.
Amsterdam: solidarity with the accused anarchists
Yesterday, on saturday 2nd of July, we made a small gesture of solidarity for our comrades facing the accusation of bank robbery by the court Aachen Germany.
Two banners were hung on the bridge of the Vondelpark in Amsterdam, at the height of Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat. After dropping the banners we through flyers in the air, with messages like: “Destroy all prisons and the world that needs them, Until we all are free” etc.
On the back of the flyer there is the address for the website that talks in detail about the case and about the solidarity around it.
Our comrades will not face repression alone!
For the spreading of active solidarity!
[Spain] The extradition process has begun!
Yesterday the 29th of June, around five p.m, guards of the penitentiary centre Soto del Real visited the cell of the comrade arrested on the 13th of April to inform her of her immediate transfer and to make her pack her things.
This means that the extradition process – normally carried out under a heavy silence toward the outside, without the possibility of warning the person who will be transferred – has already begun, or will begin very late today. This finally puts into effect the European order of arrest and extradition that was sent out from Germany in the beginning of April against our comrade, who is accused of having participated in the expropriation of a department of the Pax Bank in the city of Aachen in 2014.
We know that the comrade will take with her not only the determination and conviction of her political and revolutionary principles, but also all the expressions of solidarity and support that you have showed during this time, reminding her that she is not nor will be alone before a State that persecutes and attacks everyone who rebels against its order of misery.
We want to call out to take to the streets our support of her and all the fighters facing reprisals and remind you that in response to the extradition there will be a manifestation in Manresa tomorrow the first of July at 8 p.m at Plaça Sant Domènec.
We will keep you posted.
WE WANT HER FREE, WE WANT HER CLOSE!
SOLIDARITY WITH THOSE ACCUSED OF HAVING EXPROPRIATED BANKS IN AACHEN!
FREEDOM FOR ALL THE IMPRISONED AND PERSECUTED FIGHTERS!
