Liege: The Beauty of a Burning Police Station (Belgium)

We are not soldiers.
We are criminals.
We have no fatherland, no higher cause, we do not follow any directions other than those of ourselves.

On the other hand, we are fighting.
To find our lives, explore our freedoms.

We fight the misery of our lives, the oppression of morals, and the grids that imprison us.

On the night of April 18, we set fire to a police station in Liège (Belgium). It was completely destroyed, devastated by the flames.

We dedicate this action to the imprisoned comrades who are accused of bank robbery in Aachen.

Determination and courage!

Our thoughts are also with the Montreuil compa and Damien, still imprisoned in Fleury.
Never give up!

Vandaag is het precies een jaar geleden sinds onze kameraad is gearresteerd, toen ze ontvoerd werd door de Mossos d’Esquadra op 13 april in een gezamelijke operatie met de Duitse smeris. Op dit moment wordt ze vastgehouden in voorlopige hechtenis in de gevangenis van Keulen, terwijl de rechtzaak tegen haar en een andere kameraad (in de bajes van Aken) in volle gang is. Today marks one year since our comrade was arrested, when she was kidnapped by the Mossos d’Esquadra on the 13th of April 2016 in an joint operation with the German police. At the moment she is held in preventive arrest in the prison of Cologne, while the court case against her and another comrade (in the prison of Aachen) is in full course. April von den Mossos d’Esquadra in einer Operation in Zusammenarbeit mit der deutschen Polizei entführt wurde, sie befindet sich derzeit im Gefängnis von Köln in Untersuchungshaft, während ihr und einem anderen Kameraden (z.Z. im Gefängnis von Aachen) der Prozess gemacht wird. Barcelona, Spain: Attack on Lufthansa offices

On the morning of March 28, we decided to break the window of the offices of Lufthansa (the only ones in the city) located in Bailén street in Barcelona.
This is an airline that is carrying out expulsions and extraditions, like that of our anarchist comrades arrested last year in Spain and currently incarcerated in Germany. Zusammenfassung des 16. Verhandlungstages

In der Sitzung vom 7. April hat jener Bulle ausgesagt, der für die Ermittlungen nach dem Überfall auf die Pax Bank verantwortlich ist (damals noch vom LKA, arbeitet er mittlerweile für das BKA; er war bei vielen der Besuche unserer Kameraden im Gefängnis anwesend).
Vor Beginn seiner Aussage, beschwerten sich die Anwälte, dass sie auf Teile der Akten, die mit seiner Zeugenaussage zu tun haben, erst morgens vor der Sitzung Zugriff erhalten hatten, wonach der Richter beschloss, dass es nicht erlaubt sei, über diese Teile zu sprechen (u.a. ein biometrisches Gutachten, eine abgefangene WhatsApp Nachricht). Außerdem war der gleiche Bulle auch im Jahr 2004 für die Ermittlungen des Überfalls der „Aachen 4“ verantwortlich. Continue reading →
